The new creation of the rockstar games is the GTA V after the production of GTA IV.It would probably take a couple of years for Rockstar to get used to new hardware and capabilities of those hardwares.It definitely doesn’t make sense economically unless it’s getting greatly funded by both Sony or Microsoft in an effort to make use of it to shift units and It would be extremely surprised if that were the case too. Rockstar would not get the sales they want unless they release GTA 5 on

The UK websites claim that the release of GTA 5 will be on 23rd november.
